I will never book any trip with them and advice against other people doing it. All in all this company has very heavily disappointed us. We got VERY clear information where to be (including photo of the spot), the bus showed up on time, driver called everyones name and even we saw that other drivers were phoning people if someone was not there on time to check if they should wait on them. For the next day we booked a trip with another local agency. We are very upset with the missed opportunity as well as money. We also received no phone call at 7:20am from the company to ask if we are joining. We received no additional email with specifications where we need to be. We did not receive any other specifications besides hotel address which meant for us to gather at the front entrance of the hotel. We were there more than 30 minutes in advance and waited an extra 20 minutes after pick up time (7:20am). We were given a pick up address of Marriott Hotel. We booked this trip and had great expectations. We wanted to travel around the island at the end of our stay. We were spending 2 weeks in Honolulu for work and a small vacation. Overall, this was an experience that was worth it for us. I was impressed at the number of stories he had to share about the culture of hawai'i. The best part of the tour was our Bus Driver Kalani who kept us entertained all through out the 9 hours. Our tour ended with some sights of downtown honolulu and a view of the lolani palace. There were long lines for each tour and also the gift shop at dole plantation so we only walked around and enjoyed some grilled corn from a cart outside. We dis not opt foe the soap/coffee factory tour. Nalu is a good place for vegan and vegetarian food. We got a good 90 min break at Haleiwa which had good options for food. We had long lines at gift shops at the byodo-in temple, the macadamia nut farms, but I did manage to get some souvenirs. Since this is a timed tour, you might not have enough time to explore each place at leisure. We were treated to some yummy malasadas (similar in taste to doughnuts) Our first stop was hanauma bay/halona blowhole which was a quick stop. This tour was great for us as a family with 2 young children.
